Simply go to the website www.infinityskins.com , and choose  the skin tone you prefer.  Then select your makeup, and other extras…and there are a lot.  You can choose everything from beauty marks to tats, even types of nipples if you want.  It’s all about you and what you want, how you want to look.

After all, it’s your skin, right?

Each base skin is 1000L with most extras being 50L each. Eyeshadow and lipstick is considered to be part of the base skin.  After you make your choices, simply request a demo and it will be sent to an in world kiosk, where you can go pick it up.

It is a sad day when the Rezzable sims will be off the grid, but for a few more days you can go and witness the beauty of the Black Swan sim and the great offerings designers around SL have created for its final goodbye. Of particular beauty is the creation by AvaGardner Kungler of Kunglers Couture. This creation, aptly named Oceania, is available at the Black Swan sim until August 17th along with many other clothing, hair and skin designs including pieces from The Black Canary, Exile, Sky Everett Designs, Baiastice, Evie’s Closet and Bliss Couture.

Oceania, as seen above, is truly a spectacular creation which mixes textures to create an absolutely unique look. The scales on the bodice are mixed with the feather-like quality of the skirt and finalized with an intricate, halo headpiece. Put together, the look is reminiscent of a mermaid exploring the wonders of the ocean. I’ve paired this look up with a more retro look, including the Joanne updo hair from one of my favorite hair haunts, Pocket Mirrors. This hair reminds me of a 50s housewife. When paired up with the Fei skin from Dr. Life (one of my favorite skin places right now), it creates an innocent, yet sophisticated look. 

Make sure to stop by the Black Swan sim before it is closed forever. The scenery alone should be reason enough, but if you need more, just look at the above gown for an example of the magnificent wares you can find!

Jonas..the new male skin from the genius of everybody’s favourite skin maker Tricky Boucher has hit the grid and I have had an opportunity to check it out first hand. The skin is very aptly named, as the name Jonas comes from old Hebrew and it means "Dove" As a variation of Jonah, it can be considered to mean ‘accomplishing’, and a ‘gift from God’.

In Greek mythology, the dove was the sacred animal of Aphrodite and Venus, the goddesses of love and beauty. So after taking a look at this heavenly skin I can see how even a goddess would have a difficult time not falling head over heels in love with it!

This skin has all the trademarks found in every other Belleza skin. The attention to details are once again phenomenal. From the various life like facial hair options to the beautifully detailed and varied skin tones this skin has got it all. Jonas is available in five different skin tones including, Deep Tan, Tan, Sunkissed, Medium and Pale, all either with or without eyeliner.

Trying different poses I tried contorting my avie into shapes that only tiny Russian gymnasts should ever attempt and Jonas remained flawless, no ugly stretching that you find in most skins.

Some of those who might have found the more recent male releases from Belleza, Miguel, Matthieu and Gabrielle a bit boyish and innocent for their tastes are going to be very pleased with Jonas. Jonas gives a slightly more mature and serious yet no less beautiful look than previous releases. I think this image is a result of the darker shading and more defined lines around the eyes lending an overall more serious and mature look to the skin. These lines around the eyes also add a somewhat mischevious appearance to Jonas.

It took me months to find a skin worthy of shedding my old Belleza "Ewan" skin for when Matthieu came out. Who would have thought that just a few short weeks later I would be changing once again!

As usual when sachi Vixen from Adam N Eve sends me some of her design treasures, I hop up and down with glee even before I try them on.  Again, I wasn’t disappointed. I fell in love with this recently released, minxy little Speckle Suit, Cable knit sweater in Biscuit and Stripey Shorts in Red.  The Speckle Suit is a bit more of a brown hue than my picture shows and it comes with a flexi skirt (shown) and also a micromini option.  I adore the turtleneck Cable sweater too..really pretty and realistic shading with prim cuffs make this design outstanding.  The red stripey shorts have made my “fave” folder in my inventory too.  They make your legs look like they “go to there”!

I was really pleased with the Bliss skin in Red Candy makeup too. Colourful blush with a beautiful balance of eyeshadow and dramatic lipstick makes for a sultry and sophisticated look.
