It is a sad day when the Rezzable sims will be off the grid, but for a few more days you can go and witness the beauty of the Black Swan sim and the great offerings designers around SL have created for its final goodbye. Of particular beauty is the creation by AvaGardner Kungler of Kunglers Couture. This creation, aptly named Oceania, is available at the Black Swan sim until August 17th along with many other clothing, hair and skin designs including pieces from The Black Canary, Exile, Sky Everett Designs, Baiastice, Evie’s Closet and Bliss Couture.
Oceania, as seen above, is truly a spectacular creation which mixes textures to create an absolutely unique look. The scales on the bodice are mixed with the feather-like quality of the skirt and finalized with an intricate, halo headpiece. Put together, the look is reminiscent of a mermaid exploring the wonders of the ocean. I’ve paired this look up with a more retro look, including the Joanne updo hair from one of my favorite hair haunts, Pocket Mirrors. This hair reminds me of a 50s housewife. When paired up with the Fei skin from Dr. Life (one of my favorite skin places right now), it creates an innocent, yet sophisticated look.
Make sure to stop by the Black Swan sim before it is closed forever. The scenery alone should be reason enough, but if you need more, just look at the above gown for an example of the magnificent wares you can find!
Lace luxury with this lingerie set by LOOKR! Now, with matching and new stockings! The lingerie is beautifully done and the new stockings add a bit of flair to an already beautiful ensemble. You can choose from a huge array of fabulous shades that you can mix and match with your other outfits. The stockings have a lovely matte look and the lingerie comes in different layering options.

Get yer bums down to the RFL Clothing Fair for some SXY new rags!
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few weeks, then you know that the Relay Raiders are holding the third annual Relay for Life Clothing Fair to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. There is an actual RFL in SL committee that oversees the RFL teams in SL and all of the money donated into the official RFL vendors goes directly to the American Cancer Society.
The fair lasts until Sunday so you haven’t missed your chance just yet but get down there soon. The Relay Raides are trying to raise L$5,000,000 and if they reach their goal the team leader Nevar Lobo (male) will dress in silks for an entire month!

Zullay Thor of Zullay Designs was kind enough to send me some items that are on offer at the store before the grand opening on September 20. I took a look and said “Wow! These are great!” First is a dark red mini with grey leggings and legwarmers called Leto and a gorgeous tan skirt with white dangerously low-necked blouse called Penelope. The Leto dress is from Zullay Designs’ Glamour collection and Penelope is from the Poet collection. What I absolutely adored was the one-touch resize belts! No more messing about with trying to resize a linked prim belt…very handy!
The next picture features the Athena dress also from the Glamour collection in Ruby. It has a lovely multilayered prim skirt and the texturing is gorgeous with a subtle sheen to it. The gathered neckline is very shexshy too!
Lastly is the whimsical Sweet Fae from the Etherealcollection. Gorgeous angel wings complement the airy flexi skirt and strapless bodice. I’ve not worn a pair of angel wings before, I’m embarrassed to say, but I fell in love with this set!
